Responsibilities​

• Oversee day-to-day operations

• ​Responsible for P&L and create efficient strategies to achieve sales goal and stay within the budget

• ​Responsible for the hiring process and employee training

• ​Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitized facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures;

comply with health and legal regulations; maintain security systems.

• ​Create a good relationships with customers/vendors



Basic Qualifications​

• ​​Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of restaurant management experience

• ​​Associate’s degree with 4+ yrs or experience

• ​​High School diploma/GED with 6+ yrs of experience(QSR restaurant preferred)



Preferred Qualifications​

• ​​Proficient in MS Office

• ​​Ability to lift 50 lbs. up to waist

• ​​Must have previous P&L experience

Responsibilities​

Directs and manages overall operations of restaurants through direct managing, on-site visits and analysis of reports. Ensures that territory achieves financial commitments and guest satisfaction standards.​



The main goal of this position is to increase profitability through sales growth. Developing and mentoring future leaders of the company and recruiting top performers as well.​



• ​​​​Maintain standards and expectations in food quality, guest service, food safety, store cleanliness, and financial performance

in assigned restaurants

• ​​​​Achieves and maintains “Operational Excellence”

• ​​​​Responsible for all phases of the restaurants’ performance and decisions for his/her restaurants

• ​​​​Provides clear, consistent communications on a frequent basis with the Restaurant Managers, Operations Manager in HQ.

• ​​​​Builds an effective team of employees through recruiting, training and development with meaningful, timely performance feedback

• ​​​​Partners with the training department to ensure the completion of development plans for restaurant staff

• ​​​​Leads a team of restaurant managers to delivery legendary customer and Bibigo experiences. Spends majority of time in

stores observing store environment and operational effectiveness, coaching and developing store managers to achieve

business goals.

• ​​​​Builds restaurant manager capability to coach, develop and manage the performance of their direct reports.

• ​​​​Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.

• ​​​​Creates district implementation plans based on trend analysis and local market knowledge to ensure effective execution

of company initiatives that achieve both operational excellence and business results. Follows up consistently with team

of restaurant managers to ensure accountability plans

• ​​​​Claim support (W/C & Consumer claim)

• ​​​​Policy acceptance – effectively communicate with stores

• ​​​​Risk management

• ​​​​Solicits customer feedback and proactively researches local markets to understand customer and community.

• ​​​​Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in

store performances

• ​​​​Manages restaurant managers by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting

challenging goals to improve team performance. Manages ongoing performance using performance management tools to

support organizational objectives.



Basic Qualifications​

• ​​​​Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of restaurant management experience

• ​​​​Associate’s degree with 6+ yrs or experience

• ​​​​High School diploma/GED with 8+ yrs of experience(QSR restaurant preferred)

Responsibility​

• ​​​​​Ensure smooth transportation of the food delivered by the restaurant

• ​​​​​Guide and help with food layout, set up special equipment if needed, manage overall presentation, replenish dishes

• ​​​​​Generate new business and develop lasting relationships based upon trust and partnership with clients

• ​​​​​Responsible for soliciting new business for Corporate and Social events specific to assigned market segments.

• ​​​​​Responsible for meeting with customer to organize the details of the function and will ensure client needs have been met

RESPONSIBILITIES​ ​​

• ​​​​​​Drive overall execution of marketing initiatives from strategy to execution

• ​​​​​​Ensure alignment across all consumer facing marketing channels

• ​​​​​​Communicate with Operations to identify business and marketing needs and develop immediate plans to improve sales,

guest count and/or profitability

• ​​​​​​Manage vendor partners and communication with agencies throughout various aspects of their projects.

• ​​​​​​Work closely with local Operations counterparts to establish and execute successful marketing programs, including

grand openings, in-store activations, community outreach etc.

• ​​​​​​Evaluate effectiveness and share results with Marketing and Operations

• ​​​​​​Development and hands-on implementation of promotional calendars, product launches and local marketing strategies

• ​​​​​​Recap and analyze all promotional campaigns for shared learning and future planning

• ​​​​​​Identify, plan and execute special events & sponsorships that help us achieve brand goals

Basic Requirement ​

• ​​​​​​Doctorate degree with 2+ years of directly related experience

• ​​​​​​Must have a deep knowledge of the retail marketing industry with a proven track record of creating and delivering a variety
